Quotes
 Astana head coach Ramunas Butautas:

- We beat Krasnye Krylia today, but I'm not that happy. I'm satisfied with the outcome, but not the quality of our play. We moved the ball poorly on offense and didn't commit to the game 100%. I hope that we can make some adjustments prior to the game with Nizhny Novgorod.

Krasnye Krylia head coach Boris Sokolovsky:
- This was a very tough game. Nonetheless, despite all the challenges, we did a great job of breaking down our opponent's play. I don't know whether Astana understimated us, but my guys battled today, young and old. Unfortunately, Anton Pushkov was injured, which creates another problem for us. I'd like to especially note our young forward Igor Gavrish, who rose to the occasion and created a lot of problems for the home team under the basket.
