From March 24 to April 10 of this year, a training camp (TTC) is being held in the Turkestan region for special preparation for the final of the World Cup in bullet shooting. 16 athletes, 1 senior coach and 1 massage therapist of the Astana Center for Training Center participate in the TTC process. 

The main objectives of this training camp are:

• improving sportsmanship;
• shooting of individual weapons, selection of ammunition; 
• compatibility of athletes in a team from different regions;
• work to increase the athlete’s stress resistance (tournaments, finals, performance shooting);
• work to improve the physical endurance of athletes;
• use of the SCATT electronic simulator in the training process in individual work with athletes;
• competent vitaminization taking into account loads;
• daily work of the team massage therapist with an individual approach to each athlete;
• Carrying out daily exercises on cardio equipment in the fitness room.
