JUNIOR ROAD CYCLING TRAINING CAMP IN KYRGYZSTAN

From May 14 to 31, 2025, a training camp for junior athletes in road cycling is taking place in the village of Tamchy (Kyrgyz Republic). The event is part of the preparation of Kazakhstani juniors for the upcoming Asian Games and includes 18 days of intensive athletic training.

Main goals and objectives of the camp:

Development of aerobic endurance;
Increase of blood oxygen capacity and adaptation to hypoxic conditions;
Strength training in mountainous terrain.
