Angelina Burenkova began cycling after an announcement about enrollment in a sports section was posted during one of her classes. Together with her classmates, she decided to try herself in this sport.

At first, cycling did not particularly interest her — she simply enjoyed spending time with friends. However, after taking part in her first competitions, Angelina realized that sport had become an integral part of her life.

Today, the athlete regularly participates in competitions and training camps, where she fulfills the tasks set by her coach. She notes that she prefers a calm environment and tries to keep her social circle limited, fully focusing on her training process.

The most significant award for Angelina is the gold medal she won at the Asian Championships in the individual road race. This victory holds special meaning for her, as it became her first international gold medal in an individual event.

According to the athlete, her loved ones always support her on her path toward achieving new goals. Angelina has plans for the future, but for now, she prefers not to reveal them.
