Irina Yunusmetova obtained a license to participate in the Olympic Games in Paris in shooting

Based on the ranking of the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF), Kazakh athlete Irina Yunusmetova obtained a license to participate in the Olympic Games "Paris 2024" in shooting. Yunusmetova specializes in air pistol shooting. During the reallocation period, the national team athlete secured a spot in the 10-meter pistol target event.

This license marks the ninth for the Kazakhstan Shooting Sport Federation. Previously, licenses for the Olympic Games were secured by Islam Satpaev, Konstantin Malinovsky, Aleksandra Le, Arina Altukhova, Nikita Chiryukin (shooting), Asem Orynbaeva, Eduard Yeshchenko, and Maria Dmitrienko (trap shooting).

Currently, Kazakhstan holds 67 licenses to participate in the Olympic Games in Paris. Congratulations to Irina Yunusmetova, and best of luck to her at the upcoming Olympics!
