Since January 8, training camps have been underway at the "Qazaqstan" Athletics Sports Complex, focused on preparing athletes for the XXVI Asian Athletics Championship. The camp involves 20 athletes from the Astana Olympic Training Center, who are being coached by experienced specialists: S.A. Arzamasov, T.A. Nazarova, and E.Sh. Avdienko.

The goal of these camps is to achieve a high level of physical and technical readiness for a successful performance at the championship. The training will last until January 25, during which the athletes will actively work on improving their physical condition, refining their technique, and enhancing their tactical preparation.

The training process is aimed at comprehensive development, creating optimal conditions for achieving high results at the largest international event in Asia.
