PREPARATIONS FOR THE ASIAN ROAD CYCLING CHAMPIONSHIP HAVE BEGUN

From January 7 to January 24, 2026, a training camp for the junior national road cycling team is being held in Spain as part of preparations for the Asian Championship.

Over the course of 18 days, the athletes are carrying out focused work on key components of competitive readiness. Particular emphasis is placed on strength training in mountainous terrain, improving downhill riding technique, as well as accumulating overall and strength-based training mileage, which is an essential part of base preparation for international competitions.
