When entering any unfamiliar public place where there are a large number of people, try to remember your way, pay attention to the location of the main and emergency exits. Make it your habit. If possible, fasten up. High-heeled shoes or an untied shoelace can cost you your life. Throw away your bag, umbrella, etc. If something has fallen, do not try to pick it up in any case.

Since October 19 in the city of Alanya (Turkey) are training camp for special physical training before the Asian Triathlon Championships. The training camp is attended by 6 athletes and head coach K.I. Gidich from the Center for Specialized Physical Training “Astana”.

Until November 5, the participants will work on endurance, strength and speed, which is critical for triathlon. Specialized training will help improve swimming technique, which can significantly reduce time in the water.

Participants will practice cycling skills including maneuvering, bike handling and transitions between disciplines. We wish everyone success and great results!
