KAZAKHSTAN’S NATIONAL RIFLE SHOOTING TEAM PREPARES FOR THE ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

On July 25, a training camp for Kazakhstan’s national rifle shooting team began in the Karasai district of Almaty Region. The training will continue until August 8 and is part of the team’s preparation for the Asian Championship.

A total of 44 people are taking part in the camp — 37 athletes and 7 coaches. Among them are representatives of the Olympic Training Center “Astana”: 17 athletes, two coaches, and the team’s massage therapist.

The training camp is being held under the leadership of the national team’s head coach, Honored Master of Sports and Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olga Vyacheslavovna Dovgun.
