Athletes of the Center at the training camp, held from January 10 to 26, 2023 in the capital of Kuwait, are preparing for the competitions of the World Cup in bullet shooting. 32 athletes participate in the training camp (TCC).

Goals and objectives of the TCC:

work on an open shooting range, shooting with regard to weather conditions, gaining experience in shooting in changeable wind currents;
joint control firing with the Kuwait national team, competitive estimates with awarding the winners;
improving sportsmanship;
compatibility of athletes in a team from different regions, modeling the strategy of mixed doubles MIXED TEAM;
work on increasing the stress of the athlete's stability (tournaments, finals, shooting for the result, on the instructions of the coach);
work on improving physical endurance (long-term holding of weapons in a ready position, increasing training time, workload throughout the day);
the use by the head coach of the SCATT electronic simulator in individual work with the athlete;
competent fortification, taking into account loads;
daily work in the fitness room on cardio simulators.
