TRAINING IN UZBEKISTAN: A STEP TOWARD VICTORY AT THE ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
Starting January 18, a training camp is being held in Tashmore (Uzbekistan) to prepare for the Asian Canoe and Kayak Championship. Athletes from the Astana Olympic Training Center are participating under the guidance of senior coach M.P. Stankeev. The participants include Maria Brovkova, Maria Karmanova, Ulyana Ivanova, and Sultan Sharapiyev. The camp will continue until January 31.
Tashmore is renowned for its climate and infrastructure, providing excellent conditions for water-based training. The warm weather allows athletes to focus on endurance and rowing techniques without being hindered by winter conditions.
Under the experienced leadership of coach M.P. Stankeev, the athletes undergo intensive training sessions aimed at improving physical fitness, technical skills, and tactical preparation. This will enhance their chances of achieving top results at the Asian Championship.
