CYCLING TRAINING CAMP UNDERWAY IN KYRGYZSTAN
From December 13 to 28, 2025, the junior national road cycling team is holding a training camp in the city of Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyz Republic) as part of preparations for the Asian Championships.
The camp will last 16 days and is aimed at comprehensive athlete preparation. The program includes building total road mileage, performing a set of specialized physical exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as working on riding position and pedaling technique using stationary trainers.
Special attention is given to training in mid-altitude conditions at elevations of 1,600–1,900 meters above sea level, which contributes to improving the athletes’ functional performance.

The training process is overseen by Senior Coach V. N. Gorbachevsky and Mechanic D. A. Tupchenko.
The training camp is an important stage in preparing the junior team for the upcoming Asian Championships.
