A SEMINAR ON SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY WAS HELD AT THE “ASTANA” OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER

As part of the cooperation memorandum signed between the “Astana” Olympic Training Center and the Academy of Physical Culture and Mass Sports (AREMS), and with the aim of enhancing the professional competencies of the coaching staff and specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, a seminar under the program “Sports Psychology” on the topic “Professional Burnout and Ways to Overcome It” was held on November 19.

The relevance of this training lies in the fact that, in modern conditions of increasing competition and rising performance demands, timely recognition of the signs of emotional exhaustion has become an important element of an effective training process. The knowledge gained during the seminar will help specialists better understand the mechanisms of stress states, apply burnout prevention techniques, and—most importantly—support athletes in coping with emotional challenges while maintaining their motivation and performance.
