JUNIORS IN ROAD CYCLING PREPARE FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS

From September 8 to 13, a training camp in road cycling for junior athletes is being held as part of preparations for the international competition Trofeo Buffoni. The camp takes place in the province of Cantabria (Kingdom of Spain) and the commune of Forte dei Marmi (Italian Republic).

Four athletes from the Republican State Enterprise “Olympic Training Center Astana” are participating in the camp under the guidance of coach Vladimir Nikolaevich Gorbachevsky:

The goal of the camp is high-quality preparation for international competitions, studying the route of the upcoming race, practicing descent techniques, conducting strength training in mountainous conditions with the necessary mileage, as well as further developing the athletes’ speed and strength capacities.
