Regular rowing training develops the muscles of the upper body, arms, back, abdomen and legs. This helps to strengthen the muscles and improve their tone.

In addition, the process of rowing requires precise coordination of movements and synchronized work of both sides of the body, which helps to improve motor skills and overall coordination.

Today in Shenyang (PRC) started the Asian Rowing Championship. The honor of Kazakhstan is defended by 13 athletes from the Olympic Training Center “Astana”. Our rowers diligently prepared for the Championship, paying attention not only to physical training, but also to work on psychological stability.
